Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, we DO Not offer refunds on the purchase of goods, or provision of services. We will replace any unused item that has been damaged due to shipping within 7 days of arrival. Our replacement period lasts for only 7 days after you receive any item. If more than 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

If you need to replace an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website or directly to [email protected] and include photographic evidence of the damaged created by the shipping company, and order number. Once we receive the email we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement and will process your replacement within 5 business days after the approval.

You may exchange your product for another product of same size and price within 14 days of of purchase. If you would to exchange an item please contact us on the Contact Us page on the website and include order number and name of item would like to exchange and replacement.   


When you are exchanging and shipping items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
